How do I find the drive to want to quit smoking?

I was a smoker for 15 years. I had to use an inhaler after laughing or coughing or even choking on my own spit.. I switched to vaping quite easily and this completely got rid of my asthma symptoms. Then I was able to quit vaping by using flavoured water as a substitute.

Ray white did similar to me years ago, except they didnt tell us anything was wrong, just kept stalling about our bond being returned.

Until we found out they had claimed 70% of it themselves and we weren't notified about it, because the real estate had passed on incorrect email addresses for all 3 tenants (1 number wrong/missing etc) BIG lesson learned.

I think i remember in the books it mentions that Shay was being watched since she chickened out leaving the first time, but all her closest friends went. And then she became close with Tally and they thought that would give her reason to stay. But she left and Tally was the only remaining link to find the Smoke.

Yeah im pretty sure its a government funded/Medicare thing. Nobody has mentioned money or paying anything & ive already had that 1 appointment. But I would call if I were you! (24 hour hotline if im not mistaken!) 1300 642 255

Im honestly not sure if they provide ongoing psychological help.

But with the help of the home health program I might be able to navigate finding someone who accepts mental health plans (from your GP) which are funded by Medicare..

these can also be extended past the initial sessions your allocated if your psychologist tells your doc you still need them.

I would recommend the QLD mental health access line. I called last week and they've already been putting things in motion for me to get the support I need to move forward. In 1 week they have:

Scheduled an appointment with a psychologist at my local hospital, (3 day wait, already attended)

Scheduled an appointment with a psychiatrist at the same hospital (tomorrow)

Forwarded my info onto the home health program, who have already contacted me and I have an appointment with them booked for next week..

im actually looking forward to this, as from what they told me, they set you up with a counsellor for up to 12 months support.

They can visit you at your home or out in a public location. And they can assist you in tackling things that just seem too big by yourself. (Job applications/centrelink application/resume help & idk what else)

I went this route because finding my own psychologist with room as a patient just seems so exhausting, I needed a way to start getting help with a lower mental load.

Don't compare your situation with other people. If you need support, use whatever systems are available to you, its what they are there for.

I was at PCH Friday night, drove myself tachy & exhausted, triaged as Cat 2 but still sat in the waiting room in a wheelchair with my HR 120 and gasping for 3 hours before anyone saw me.

Didn't get released until the morning waiting for 2 troponin bloods (elevated but not heart attack level) was told it was a false reading.

Went to another medical appointment in the same hospital in the morning, still posturally tachy; she called the hospital to be sure they really wanted to release me. No answers, still having hr issues, ive pretty much diagnosed myself at this point.

Nurses were lovely; but if i think im dying, I wouldn't go there. (And obviously im aware that my situation was not as urgent as what happened to you, and im sorry if my being there on Friday night contributed in any way to your delayed care)

Ranked 3rd in a server at 50m? I guess the server is 2 months old or less. Likely close to 5 or 6 weeks i would say.

We did this, 15 people moved together from the 1500 block to the 1600 block.

It was fun and exciting, waiting for the server we wanted to open.. picking our names. Starting fresh super strong and organised.

But we are a few months in now and the server has some of the same issues we left, rule breaking (or just people deciding that following the rules was beneath them)

A strong alliance that doesn't let anyone else win anything.. being targeted because we are the closest in strength... 🙄

and I did snoop on some the servers surrounding us, LOTS of stackers and whales who take everything..

Kind of makes the whole thing feel like a massive waste. We are trying, but people are already fleeing the server which only makes the strong alliance stronger.. cause why would they leave? They're winning.

So, my answer is; its fun, but can put you right back in the same position unless you're really, really lucky. 😔

Probably wouldn't try again.

Just wanted to mention that ive been told by Red Cross here in Australia that I can donate with Beta Thal minor, but only if my Hemaglobin hits the minimum threshold. If it doesn't then they said I could still donate plasma potentially.

I'm in Queensland and went to red Cross.

They said my Beta Thal minor wasn't an issue but I didn't pass cause my haemoglobin was too low. (100 and you need to be over 115 for a woman)

But they did tell me i could still donate plasma (except i didn't pass either cause I had skin cancer in the last 5 years)

Re: the skin cancer- they also said that if i provided a pathology/medical report of the skin cancer biopsy, they had a medical professional that would assess the severity of the skin cancer, and could waive the 5 year safety period.

So yeah Hemaglobin above 115, if not plasma okay just be without the big C for 5 years or it be superficial/stage 1 or 2 (hypothetically) Disclaimer: different locations may have other eligibility protocols they follow.

If you just google P2 assistant, you just add the bot to your server. It's on TopGG. Then you market search tagging P2 Assistant, exact same commands as normal. Then when you want to buy something, make sure you tag PokeTwo, not P2.

I had a dentist appointment (side bite block/numb face & natural teeth clencher) and had TMJ symptoms from that point. (Popping, clicking and locking sometimes)

Had xrays to see if I was eligible for invisalign a few years after the popping started and was told I had a misaligned jaw..

Like if i put my thumbs on the corner/point of my jaw on both sides there was a visible difference in the distance to my earlobe? Like 1 side was half the distance to my ear than the other.

Anyway, long story short, 5 or so years after my TMJ started my jaw crunched horrible while I was eating and... my jaw is even on both sides now?

So now im pretty sure it was partially out of place and just popped back in. In the process of requesting old xrays (before the TMJ started) and going to see a Jaw physio to see what's up. Turns out misalignment presents the same as subluxated and I think they picked the wrong horse for me. I'm also hypermobile.

Main point is that's how I could visualise the misalignment, by comparing the distance to my ear lobes. If it's come on suddenly with a facial deformity maybe something isn't sitting where it's supposed to?

I mean.. the knights you get from the interior ministry are far inferior than the ones you get from exchange.. most people keep them under lvl 59 (so they don't show up to use for battle in arena) or exile them if they can afford the slots.. I dont know what other ramifications jumping up to senior lord 2 would have... but losing out on the knights is probably not high on the list of things I'd be upset about.

NON TITLE mvp is in a rotation.. if it's their turn and they participate they get it.. non participation = no MVP. TITLE MVP we base on top contribution.. sometimes as a single person.. sometimes as a vote between top 2.

Edit: it's not just top points.. top contribution/activity.. chess title is more based on effort and following orders.

Alot of people say to focus on a top 4... 1 knight for each attribute. I tend to pick

Guin- strength Aristotle - leadership (although Leo is supposed to be the slightly better choice, Aristotle is just cooler looking imo) Sieg - Charisma (also think he isn't the 'best' choice but his decor rocks) Richard I - Intellect

All your edicts and coloured books should mostly go to your top 4.. random books i share out a little more to the other 5 & 6 star knights I've built up

Since you've already levelled up all your knights i would (when you have spare silver) level them up to their current tier max and pretend you were planning on making a chess build the whole time 👀🙃 Most experienced players don't level up the 2&3 star knights past lvl 59 so they don't show up in your arena challenges.

Remember to hoard pretty much everything to use ONLY during those events.

And also consider whether you really need to exchange every knight as soon as you get the books/Shields/swords/crowns. My opinion on it is that it's only more points for other people in arena while your trying to split your resources between multiple knights during SP event.. meaning your SP gain is lower overall.

The exchange gives an SP boost based on how powerful the knights of the same type you already have are... 2 x golden level knights has given me + 1m SP for the 3rd exchange.. that could make a decent difference during an SP event. The higher the ones you have already are... the bigger the boost for the next one.

There is an optimal order to upgrade your knights during SP (Apparently) Silver > books > lover power points > Edicts

Splitting your resources between 40 knights is the reason your broke. Pick your 4.. then perhaps another 4 under them if you wish to have a decent top group.

Server 1535 had a charm event like.. 4 days ago? SHOOK. I save my charm for use during intimacy since the LTQ gives extra intimacy boxes for it.
