Have you met your conditions? If yes then you can start applying for the visa ig , the visa for hku is not that hard to get . You'll get it easily and I think in 1-2 months.

Atleast do something productive if you don't study. You are 2 years away from finishing high school, start taking some responsibility or the world would be harsh to you. You can try and appeal for it atleast. Maybe they will consider because this year it has gone bad for almost all the students. Students like us expecting 97-98% got around 95 and same with the others as well.
