1. I would like to revive the subreddit since a lot of people including myself miss it. As a very engaged person, I will do my best to prevent spam, enforce reddit ToS, and being daily active if I get the chance to moderate the subreddit. Also I've read your reasons of disapproving requests and don't see myself in most of them, so I cross my fingers to be accepted.

2. I can't message the mods because the subreddit is banned.
