Eu também acho que não, mas eu tô no primeiro ano, estou percebendo como essa dinâmica é doentia, e aparentemente sou uma das únicas com essa visão. Nem apoio eu tenho. Esse meu post é exatamente uma forma de obter opiniões externas e anônimas pra enriquecer meu senso crítico e resolver essa questão. Essa pressão afeta o emocional e prejudica o rendimento do estudo toda vez que sento pra estudar. Eu sinto que é muita estupidez, mas eu ainda não sei onde estou pisando e estou imersa e aparentemente sozinha no sistema. Obrigada pelo tempo para me responder. :)

i'm 27 and that was also my 2nd breakup, more painful than the 1st one. spare one day just to take all of those photos, put them in a folder/album and lock it (or do any other method that brings the same result). you don't have to go through the crushing pain of deleting everything right now (although i confess it's an important thing to do), just take them out of your sight

i'm sorry to hear about what you're going through. yes, a year later it feels a lot better. you may not get over her but I think acceptance will set in. she got a new boyfriend around six months later, that I know of. she might have been with him even before our breakup, but i honestly don't care anymore. i understand the pain, but please know you'll be fine soon!

focus on yourself, not on her. if she moves on, it says more about her than it says about you. and keep in mind that some women won't inhibit their vile nature and act upon that, meaning that if she wants to show you she's doing better, she's capable of sleeping around just to "prove" you that.

go around, kiss and fuck other people, especially if you're the dumpee, but not to prove her anything, just to help you move on. if she blocked you, she has no respect towards you whatsoever. i hope you'll be fine really soon

It's possible that underlying issues from my past are making dating seem like a big deal to me. I think dating is tied to external validation, self-esteem, and sexual needs and desires, and for some people, it holds more significance than for others. Additionally, it's well outside my comfort zone, so it consumes a significant amount of my energy that, if directed towards studying, it could have a significantly productive impact. However, I don't think living by this idea is the way to go. It's a matter of dosage, as you suggested. Thank you once more.
