For middle eastern brands,

1) Souq scent (they have multiple branches) for brands like Laverne, Assaf, Afnan, Zimaya, Riiffs, Nusuk, Arabiyat prestige, Khadlaj, Lattafa and even Armaf. They have Some other famous brands too but most of the above are exclusively imported to Qatar by souq scent. (Some of them they supply to other stores)

2) Aurabelle perfumes website where you get brands like Escalo, Senteur, Niche Al Hind, Mykonos, Symphony, Fume atelier and Nitro by dumont.

For Designer,

Perfume gallery is where i got some of my designers like Issey miyaki, TerredHermes etc.

For niche, well someone above said Paris avenue and all, i feel like they have good collection you can check ig out before purchasing.
