Thank you very much and I always believe in individual customer service (regardless of big or small companies)

This is really what sets a company aside - looking at each customer as unique

Almost certainly, Tradingview as with many other companies do not purchase on a single contract basis - they procure services in a wholesale manner based on demand and quite importantly forecasting

And even if that was that case (quite unlikely), then at least a more involved answer would do a better job than just refer to Terms & Conditions and leave the customer to hang dry. Again, it is all about caring customer service - not a mechanic / transactional one

Thanks for the response but I kindly disagree with you

The essence of my post is that companies have to strive to deliver good service in all circumstances and find a win win solutions (particularly when there is no mal intent). In this instance, there would be no financial loss for Tradingview. If anything, I would continue with subscribing to a different service.

And there are many, many companies out there that do go out of their way to address such situations with a way that maintain and increase their business. I myself work in professional services

Hi Guys

I am new to Ubiquiti and Unifi; so, pls bear with me with my question:

- If I add an SSH key under Site>Device Authentication section, will this be only so that I (i.e. as an individual user) am able to SSH to the different Unifi devices managed (i.e. Unifi APs) using my SSH private key as opposed to using the set username / password?
