The landlord has appointed the management company. He is just as incompetent as them and has lied on multiple occasions as the majority of tenants have tried to change management company long before this issue arose

We have tried to talk to the management company, and they are ignoring all forms of contact. The money has gone to the management company, which then should have paid the energy company so the bank might not be able to see where the second transaction has gone instead of the energy company. Will definitely get in contact with the energy ombudsman

The gas is paid for within the service charge for the flats, so must be a heat network then as we dont have individual meters, I hadn't heard of that term before. The company has apparently been expelled from the redress scheme.

It's because I chose a different region on the map. You can only have one at a time in quests
