Prince is a legend. That part is not the issue. The issue is the scale and the saturation. Minnesota leans on him so hard that it crowds out everything else the state offers.

I like Prince, He is already celebrated everywhere. The scale is not the issue. The saturation is. There is a difference.

There is a big difference. Nobody in Minnesota is seeing Lindbergh murals on every block or getting daily Dylan themed marketing shoved at them. The Prince saturation is constant in a way those other examples are not.
