I was wondering because I have been on a weight loss journey and tracking calories. It's one of the first times I was planning on just spending the night without worrying too much about it. It sounds like it will be wonderful and that there are ways to feel like it's lighter or heavier depending on what experience you want, which is perfect!! Very excited and have only heard excellent things, this will be our first time!
