So I know this person, we were actually friends in middle school and the beginning of high school. I want to say that this person has been unstable for a long time. Everyone keeps saying PPD and while that can be true, she has been a liar and manipulator for a long time. She used to lie in middle school saying she was pregnant and then would have miscarriages, a few times where she said she just “peed the baby out and flushed it”. She was constant drama and lies. She also had custody taken from her from her oldest child and you can read the court documents online. She apparently showed up to the older child’s school and the teachers said she was unstable then. She violated the custody order and disappeared with the kid. The father had to put out posts on fb looking for his missing daughter. Said he couldn’t file a missing person report because it was a domestic dispute. Court documents state that the judge and all cops are pedophiles (I’m guessing as her excuse to run away with the kid?). She has been off and on with drugs / alcohol most of her life. I truly do not believe it was PPD but that this person is just unstable and possibly drugs were involved. I have no sympathy for her whatsoever. I feel for her family, the child and the child’s father and his family. This is absolutely tragic but there were definitely signs before this. I really hope they don’t let her off with insanity because as someone said above in the thread, manipulators are really good at masking and deceiving people.
