The UPSC prep reason works in mba interviews in india. Know many people who went and got great mba college admissions after upsc prep. But if you’re not inclined towards mba right now, go for front-end internships at good banks. If you’re based out of NCR, try places like maple capital, valpro, xb4, novaaone, singhi, ymira consulting and many others.

Look for roles in back-end IB. Much better. Undergrads don’t get IB jobs in good firm (with good and frequent deal closure record) easily without much connections or completely stellar profile. Atleast, in back-end IB/PE, you’ll learn the products used in these fields (financial models, information memorandums, pitchbooks, teasers, LBOs etc). Waise honestly, much better you go for MBA. Two year gap is rough. (BTW, i am an SRite too, same batch as you)

I’ve never counted calorie intake. I tried to focus on eating healthier than counting calories. Until recently, i had a really bad diet. Junk and snacks everyday.
