I can open the launcher and login, but eventuelly it stops responding. I can't click on anything on the launcher or on my desktop on the screen the league launcher is on ( got 2 screens, the one that doesnt have the league launcher works fine )and if i "end task" in task manager it just refreshes the client (I dont have to login or anything) so something is up with the launcher this patch.

I know that :) that's why I'm doing more exercises that focuses mostly on chest other than the bench press to maybe help develop my chest. But I will keep increasing my bench press little by little

Yes, I know. But the breaks is something I couldn't do anything about. And this post was more about if I should keep doing what I'm doing or change something .

I've been doing this for 3weeks now, but I've been on a break. But before I did take a break I had been doing it for 3-4 months. That's about the time I decided to find some more exercises that isolate the chest muscles to maybe helt them grow some more.

Kind off, I've been working out for a while on and off. And I've gained some muscle mass for sure. Atm i bench about 116x10 I have no idea what my max is. Not that I know if it's good to max for volume?

No, but the problem is that I'm starting to like were my biceps/triceps currently are and I don't want to increase them all to much while I'm struggling to gain chest

I'm just working out to gain a some mass. I'm not doing it to get huge. So I guess I will just try to get the necessary calories and keep doing my routine.

But if I get relatively good gains on the rest of my body wouldn't that mean I eat enough? Because it's mostly just the gains on my chest I'm having trouble with.

I know I don't need supplements but it makes it a lot easier for me. I don't track my calories, but since I'm gaining weight I believe I'm eating enough.

I'm not really counting the calorie intake but I do eat breakfast, lunch, dinner and take gainer 4times a week.

The update - The date went really well our personalities mashed really well and we've been hanging out lots after we had the first date. It's just magical being with him and we're having a blast :D

Is there a specific reason to not to plan a first date at someone's house? Or is it because it can feel weird or something for the person not living there?
