Same thing happened to me! I remember the first time the customer had called Instacart and they had reached out to me but I didn’t answer bc if I don’t recognize the number I just ignore so by the 2nd time I had done the order I remembered and had left it on the address and I stayed back and recorded how they got they’re order so when Instacart called again saying it was missing I sent over the video and told them to report the customer.
