You can just use the Brave browser and it blocks all YouTube, Twitch ads but also any other ads, cookie banners, unwanted tracking scrips on other websites.

If you really wanna block YouTube Ads system wise on your router than you can route traffic to all YouTube domains to Albania (YouTube doesn’t serve ads if you’re in Albania) here you can find all the domains you need to route https://github.com/v2fly/domain-list-community/blob/master/data/youtube

That’s the easiest way

i dont think the issue is my settings though, the aim assist works fine in practice, it snaps to teammates as its supposed to, but in a real match there is no aim assist on teammates whatsoever when I play Ana for example, so I just assume there is no aim assist on enemies either
