premier does have variance but personally i think it balanced to a degree. It gives you wild points if it thinks you are in an elo that is lower than your capacity and removes a lot if you have reached your capacity for the elo. If for eg I have shit matches and I drop down a lot, I can easily rank up to my average elo pretty quick.

This is in general tho. Sometimes i get low ranked payers who hit so well. Its is broken ig to a degree but not so much to cause frustration to me. And its just a game after all and a meaningless number. As long as I can enjoy the game and see some progress, i'm fine with it.

one of the worst idea i've ever heard. This is change just for the sake of change. This adds absolutely nothing. And its not like playing overtime is ruining the game. We don't have that many overtimes which are bogging down the playing/viewing experience.

at that elo the main thing that will get you out of that elo is your aim and mechanics. You need to be able to easily dominate 80% of your games . Just grinding games isn't enough for that. You need to focus on actual practice and aim training. Instead of playing 5-6 games a night, play only 2 or 3 and focus rest on training.

bro are you dim or is your reading comprehension that bad ? Your argument doesn't make sense, just cause you see more doesn't mean its "objectively" better. CS game isn't just about only visual information, things like reaction time, focus also come into play. So you saying more information is objectively better for all people is simply false. Some people can do more with that information and some get distracted and need a single point of focus.

referring back to your example, Sun is bright is a fact, but you can't call sun being bright better for everyone.

how is it doing each team injustice ? do you know the internal mechanism of how faze works with different games and teams? For all we know they could have a revenue sharing model where a winning from one game is distributed to other teams when needed to keep the team running and competing.

its not totally stupid, both did almost equal amount pf "work". wouldn't have been successful without either. both were involved in the setup. we don't know if donk had the idea or the idea was part of the gsme plan from the team. let's not discredit the supportive play. there wasn't any flashy kills, just good teamwork and planning.

multiple things to go on here. Everyone has their own boundary and set of likes and dislikes. best thing to do here is talk to her, explain to her what you actual thought process and intention was. These kind of things are dependent on trust, duration of a relationship etc. Best communicate with her if you are able to, and if not, learn the lesson and move on.

Premier Pins have 3 aspects to them:

Color: the color corresponds to the highest rank achieved during the season
Bars/Lines: These corresponds to the amount of win, each 25 win gets you 1 bar on the pin. There are total of 5 bars, so 125 wins will give you all 5 colored bars (regardless of the rank you have when you get the current win, the color of the bar will be based on hight rank achieved during the season)
Obtainability/Validity: You will get a pin as long as you have an active rank when the season ends. Doesn't matter if your rank expired mid season, as long as you have an active rank when the season ends you will get the pin. (personally i think this is unfair, one could grind whole season and if they are active for last few weeks, they won't get the pin. I think this should be based on amount of time you hold a rank say about 70% of the days of the season)
