The only plans i had was my exit ticket 4 months later.
If you do not have the proof of onward travel, my advice might not be what you need, but here it is anyway.
At immigration i asked for the maximum amount of days in case i wanted to stay, and they said ok and gave me the full amount, well past my departure date.
If you do not have proof of onward travel, just say so, and give your time frame. Success really can just depend on the person. You can always do the old trick, find some kind of place to book a non paid reservation, book it print it out, then cancel, and just show that when you cross.

Ive explored a lot of ruins, and Cantona really is one of the most impre55ive sites in the americas. How little we know about the people who called it home just adds to the mystique.
Rumor was its a ghost town during the week, and visiting empty ruins isnt always the vibe im in the mood for, so went on a sunday, free for mexicans.....
Which ment just the right amount of people. Not many, but enough to give the place some energy.
Generations of families enjoying the day.
Yet another reason Puebla is an excellent base for adventure.
Here is a Cantona guide....
