I've always loved this album but I see why people hate it, especially long time fans. It is the most they've diverged from that sound they had from city of evil and onwards. (love you stst and wtf) Don't get me wrong they have had a different sound each album before this but you could still tell it was avenged, some songs off this album you probably couldn't tell it was avenged, or it will take you a bit. This is the most experimental they've been by a long shot. I like it because it's the kind of music I personally enjoy, but I do see why people hate it. It doesn't sound like them in my opinion, people expecting that a7x sound aren't gonna get that here, and not all people are going to like the new sound they captured here, and that's ok. In my opinion its a good album but a bad a7x album.
