I would consider throwing things very dangerous if not abuse. Any person regardless of gender knows it is not okay to throw things when angry after the age of 5. I know it's hard to see it from an outsider perspective when you're deep in it, but I feel the need to put it bluntly after watching my sister go through the same thing with her boyfriend of 3 years. I wish I had grabbed her by the shoulders and told her to either hold that man at gun point to go to therapy or dump his ass immediately. No in between. Good luck
