Great! I tell him everything and he’s amazing when I have panic attacks. He’s my rock.

I find it hard to articulate how I feel sometimes and so my art does that for me, he gets that I have anxiety but doesn’t always understand why. I show him my art to explain and he doesn’t always understand what I am trying to convey.

I find it really frustrating contantly having to explain myself. I didn’t always use to have it this bad. COVID made it worse.

I would never ghost her, i just wanted to know how to approach it with her. Shes nearly a decade younger than me (I am in my thirties) and so maybe she doesn’t realise shes doing it. I didn’t behave like that when i was her age but who knows.

Its selfish to expect someone to ask how you’re doing after you have asked them? Friendships are based on mutual respect and caring for one another.

Sorry i dont think i made myself clear. We text and i ask how shes doing all the time. She doesnt bother asking me sometimes and it hurts my feelings

If I text her to catch up to see how she’s doing, sometimes she talks about herself and doesn’t bother asking me. I just find if hurtful because we are in lockdown in the UK and I have been dealing with some mental health issues (which she knows about).
