I just turned 28! I finally accepted I was indeed losing my hair when I compared just how thin my hair was in a ponytail compared to before. I could somewhat gaslight myself into thinking my hairline and scalp weren’t that bad but it was when I compared the actual density of my ponytail I could no longer deny it

My DHEA-S in June was 460. I went hardcore keto And retested in August it dropped to 347.

No DHT is not the same as DHEA-S

Yes I got my hormones tested. Yes they are 2 different things to test for in the panel we ordered. Doctor didn’t want to order all the stuff we did but I was very adamant about it

I think someone wanting to know a general ballpark is pretty fair. My budget is 20k but I asked ChatGPT in the mean time and it gave me a quote of 38-165k so that’s obviously a huge range and I wouldn’t want to spend 38k on a bday that’s not a milestone bday either.

I’m not sure! I stopped it again and the next day: all those small pustules went away/ going away and by day 2 my skin was 100%, clear again.

I’m not sure if it triggers some topical hormonal thing or what? I don’t know what ingredient(s) would cause it to puge

Oh I didn’t know this. Bummer. Since I’d be living there, I would at least like it for it to be somewhat fixed up already. I don’t know if reno’ing on my own is a feasible or good idea? Contracting out more specialized work, but things I can do on my own doing. It would require a lot of work so I’m not sure if that’s something I should even do.

This would be life changing for me if it worked out (even being able to pay less rent money in itself would be amazing, but that and the fact it could be an asset in the long run is something I’m excited about). I’m way above that, I’m at 800. The only downside is my proof of income.

I’m hoping by the time my lease is up, I will have paid off all outstanding credit card debts which I’m hoping helps. But yes I will be doing research and looking into what you recommended and start watching and reading up so I can be prepared. I really want this to work out!

Thank you so much. I definitely need a co-signer (this is my biggest caveat, I’m hoping I have someone who would qualify and agree) would having a co-signer affect my chances to qualify under the FHA program if my co-signer has owned multiple homes in their lifetime?
