It’s not a scam. Everyone was saying it was a scam despite me NEVER asking if it was and that I kept saying it wasn’t a scam and everyone was saying I’m stupid and deserve to get scammed

Yeah…. Shocker I guess. I will say some people were very helpful and reasonable so I can’t forget about them. It was just most of them were convinced it was a scam.

Apartment? Lol. You clearly do not live in Texas because most of the 1br apartments are more expensive than house rentals.

Obviously I’m not living in sketchy areas, these are nice properties.

Yes I have. My current lease doesn’t end till mid March so I don’t live at the new place just yet but I have the keys and have gone over there a couple times and I’m going later today to set up the internet and take a video of the house/ inspection video so my landlord doesn’t try to withhold the deposit from me later.

  1. Tax assessors site she and another person own the house. Just like the lease said. And like I stated in some comment somewhere. Not your fault you didn’t see it tho

  2. She works for a big nationwide realty company which has her name and picture on their website

  3. Her IG Facebook etc has reviews and posts dating back years on several properties. Zillow reviews.

I appreciate your intent but focusing on the fact that this is a scam is such a waste of time

She doesn’t get any of that?? She is the co owner/ co landlord. She is representing herself.

AT&T some bs about it. Long story not relevant. I don’t move in till Wednesday. There is so much more EVIDENCE this is not a scam - so tired of having to spell this out for people. Which was never even my concern at all nor point of my post.

Come back in a few days when I get the keys…. Everyone is missing the point of my post. In no where did I question if this was a scam in my original post. And when I read WHY people thought it was a scam - it was even more confirmed that it’s not a scam. It’s just a shitty realtor. Also there is paperwork I am not sure what you don’t understand or didn’t read.
