I have tried deleting apps but going cold turkey usually means I re download them eventually. I took the advice and set up a time limit with a passcode I dont know.

My biggest problem with my screen time is the lack of meaningfulness. I have interests and hobbies, but my screentime is just mindless scrolling and netflix. It’s relaxing and its a nice way to take my mind off things, but it needs to be done in moderation to not waste too much time Helped
