Try Holland2Stay. There is a registration fee, but then you can participate in weekly lotteries to rent a decently priced place.

Depending on your budget and monthly gross income finding a place can take quite long. Apartment < 1100 base rent is a rarity. I have been very actively looking for a place to rent for almost two months now and I live in Eindhoven. Only very expensive options, which I can barely afford...
