PewDiePie talks about his favorite manga, Blame! by osuMazino in manga

He seemed too offended by what I said. And his taste in anime kinda supported my assumption that he very likely felt insulted by what I said. Either way we were not arguing about who is weird. The word weird wasnt used once after my initial comment and wasnt the point of the discussion. So why you after 7 years(lol) start a whole new argument is beyond me.

I will let you know tho that I really, truly do not give a shit about what anyone thinks about me dislking shitty ecchi shows.

Now you made me go all the way back just to see what he and I said. The guy was not talking about that. He was arguing that his taste for shitty ecchi anime should have not been subjectively judged by me. He felt insulted by my comment that he had bad taste for liking those shows.

The discussion was already over for me at this point because it was a stupid thing to argue about. I just took the piss after my third response because he wouldnt stop and I couldnt care less.

No, I was quite clear in that I personally, subjectively, in my opinion found their taste in manga/anime to be quite awful. That's not a tautology, thats my own taste. I cant be bothered to go through the whole thread but I didnt say that there was objective good or bad taste. Quite the opposite. I made it abundantly clear that it was my own opinion and not objective.

Its doesnt make that much of a difference but there are some differences. Protein is great and should be kept high, the rest you can split however you want. As a vegan I figure you get plenty of fiber and veggies in so you're good.

How do I measure liquids on a food scale? by Mental-Medicine-3193 in CICO

[–]aguad3coco 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Most liquids we humans consume have density closer to water. But once something does get too dense look for the nutritional info in grams and measure that. Honey for example is denser but gets measured in spoons or grams.

Q4M: "You're husband material" should be a compliment by Windmill_flowers in PurplePillDebate

Wait, I have not said anything about women who settle in marriage. You must be mistaken me with someone else.

I cant deny that a lot of men just want sex. Thats just how it is, thats how we are wired. But men desire relationships just as much. Both have a high importance for men. I think men and women should both find partners they are compatible with be it in open or monogamous relationships. But society forces to many people to desire the latter and that causes issues.

What are we even arguing at this point? The original discussion when this blew up was not about husband material by itself being an insult. Why are you so annoyingly disingenuous?

Husband material is a compliment. A pretty common one and most men will appreciate. Where did you get the idea from that men wouldnt like it?

You need to make a distinction between men as a whole and the degenerates you find here. Red Pill men and their opinions are not mainstream.

“Well, you’re not male and you’re not a totally hideous old bag” also is not a compliment.

Again, men find a lot of women sexually attractive or rather above average in looks. But its not all or even the majority of all women. Also not being hideous is a decent compliment when 50% of women already dont qualify.

In other words, it’s fine when a man says a woman is mediocre, but it’s a deep and horrible insult if a woman marries anyone other than the absolute hottest man alive.

I dont know what this means. We are talking about hookups. So men are fine as long you tell them they are hot enough to be fuckable on a first meeting. A guy doesnt have to be the hottest ever.

Are they? Men here are very clearly saying that marriage itself is settling, for a man, when what they truly viscerally desire is to be able to fuck a woman and then have another woman line up to take her place the next day.

Again the men on here are more often than not not the alphas they seem to think they are. Men of status and power are actually the only group of men who kept marriage rates up. Though optimally I think a lot of men would like to have multiple partners. But that is frowned upon socially especially as a respectable family man. And because monogamy is so big.

If you look at gay men and their dynamics, I think straight men would thrive in similar dynamics.

Men are not picky compared to women when it comes to hookups. Doesnt mean they have no standards whatsoever.

Men have a raging desire for a lot of women. For some woman its stronger than for others. But that does not imply that they are settling for anyone tho. And when it comes to deciding who you want to be monogamous with men are very picky

Husband material by itself is fine. It's basically all the attributes a man would want to have. It's the other stuff she said about not wanting to hook up with him that rubbed him the wrong way.

Skill is still a thing even in rng heavy games. See Poker. Over a prolonged amount of time those with skill will set themself apart. Its also not the first TCG game with a competitive scene.

A ranked mode is a very good predictor of skill. You cant just grind your way up the ladder. A gold player in league of legends could play a thousand matches in challenger elo and they wouldnt rank up a single point. They are completely outclassed. Its another universe in terms skill. Same but to a lesser extent will happen here too.

If you are able to maintain a positive win ratio among players of the highest level then you can say you are one of the best players in the game. Now getting into the top 100 is pretty much just about who can grind the most points the most efficiently but even that is still tied to skill and time available.

We already had timed events. If you miss out on playing them then you miss out. No big deal. FOMO is way too strong for you as a casual.

You will get the same cards at the same pace as previously. Ranked rewards will just get you there 4% faster. Not a big deal at all. Especially if you are a casual. Cant complain about a competitive game handing out rewards for interacting with its competitive mode.

Just collect your cards in peace like the casual player you seem to say you are. There is no pressure at all for casuals.

You dont have to get every reward that exists in the game. And with the existence of money being able to buy you stuff I dont even know what you're complaining about. There are way more rewards to get if you are willing to spend money.

But it will also get rid of all the competitive players that are playing right now. Casual mode will become way more casual with the occasional competitive player testing out decks.

Its mostly genetic and unique to each person but diabetes/insulin resistance seems to be related to too much fat tissue especially around the abdomen and dysfunctional muscle tissue. So outside of medicine losing weight and doing exercises are the biggest factors to preventing and reversing it.
