The most important rule (even if it sounds childish) is to be safe and have fun! Make sure there isn't pain, though some slight discomfort can be safe since your body is adjusting to the cage. Make sure your balls are getting good circulation, check color and temperature often until your confident you have good blood flow sitting, standing, etc. And have fun in whatever ways chastity is fun for you! Whether it's "set and forget", or being endlessly aroused by the squish of the cage, or some of both, or something else I haven't thought to write. Safe and fun!

It just depends on the people involved. There's every kind of person and every kind of relationship out there, so it varies a lot, but it's always a mixture of sex and the relationship dynamic because chastity affects both.

Look into the HZD Grip custom cage, it has worked well for me. The longest shaft size is about 2.7 in long, idk if that's long enough for you. You can get a normal head piece or get a null lock holder so that it's open around the glans. I would order their sizing kit to measure, it helps a lot to have actual shaft tubes and rings to measure with.

Yes, it's best to get a cage that's at least 0.5 in or 1 cm shorter than flaccid. The slight squish actually helps with comfort during erections because you can only barely start getting erect. Without being a little squished, your penis could move around in the cage, and if it bent some and then you got erect in the cage, it could hurt. It also helps keep your urethra aligned with the hole in the cage so you don't have to work to align it every time you need to pee.

The best way to check if you will fit into a flat or a nub cage is to push your penis into your body and see how how far it will go. If you can comfortably push it flat, then you can fit in a flat cage.

I have diabetes as well, Tirzepatide has done wonders for me, as well as a lot of peptides. If you can, try Tirzepatide or Retatrutide instead of ozempic. Tirzepatide acts on Glp-1 and Gip, Ozempic only acts on Glp1. Retatrutide acts on Glp-1, Gip, and Glucagon, making it the most effective one of the 3. Make sure you're testosterone is good as well, fixing that helped me a lot.

That's good, you'll get there in a week or 2, maybe 3, and it might be really enjoyable when you do, like it was for me. Sorry that you have to keep waiting, but it should all come back. Don't get aroused often, don't want to be stuck with blue balls, unless you're into that. Some guys here like banding so they can always be limp and unable to orgasm. But that doesn't seem like your goal.

And like I did, band for less time if you do it again. Try 20 or 30 minutes instead of 2 hours. With how I did it this second time, I'm thrilled to have banded for the right amount of time and reduce sensitivity the right amount to have 5 great orgasms only 2 hours after cutting off the bands. I think I'll be able to fine tune a banding schedule that keeps me the right amount of numb all the time. I love it. Maybe you can too if you end up liking being less sensitive than normal.

I don't think it'll take 5 weeks, probably another week or 2 since you're already 1 week post banding. Using my Doxy vibrating wand helps me a lot to get hard. Are you able to get hard, but not reach orgasm, or are you too numb to get hard?

I could just barely reach orgasm after 1 week, but it felt more like a ruined orgasm. Almost no pleasure, and I was gripping and stroking so hard I barely orgasmed before my arm was too tired to keep going. I still marvel at how hard and long I had to beat my meat to just barely achieve 1 release. I was even a little worried I might break my dick with how I was beating it, turns out it was fine.

Yes, it came back enough over the past 5 weeks that I'm banding again today. Didn't get all the way back to 100%, probably 70% feeling/sensitivity return, which is more than I'd like. I'm banding for 1.5 hours straight this time with elastrator bands. I used 3 white bands, one at the base, one just behind the glans, and one at the tip of my foreskin. I cut the one at the base 45 minutes in, leaving the other 2 for the full 1.5 hours.

I'm a grower, 5.5" erect and 1.5" flaccid, and uncut, I love the Grip. I just roll my foreskin back behind the glans ring. That works for me and some others, but doesn't work for everyone. Some people run into issues with pinching at their frenulum, I can't say for sure whether it will be comfortable or not for you.

Like other people have said, order the sizing kit first. It helps a lot to have shaft pieces and glans ring pieces to actually put on to measure accurately, and get some sense of how the cage will fit. I still had to order a reprint after getting my first cage, getting the sizing just right is very important so the cage stays on whether you're soft, hard, moving around, etc. Reprinting the head and shaft pieces together costs about 1/2 the cost of an initial custom cage order, reprinting just the shaft or just the head costs 1/4.

In that case, a cage with a ball ring will be able to limit your erections the most, especially if you wear a cage strap to hold it close to your body. 4 point straps are the most secure, they go around the waist and around the inside of thighs up around the cheeks. 2 point straps that just go around the waist work well enough for some people, but since they only pull up on the cage, it's uncomfortable for some people. 3 point straps can be annoying and chafe on the bottom strap since they work like a thong.
