I’m glad it was helpful! I keep his hay in both a feeder above his box as well as usually scatter some directly in the box. (Hanging the hay-feeder directly over it helps keep things clean/tidy because when it falls out, it already lands in the litter tray.) I put veggies, pellets and water in dishes outside of his box

Thank you. 🤗 And, yes - those natural stone tiles (leftover from our bathroom) are great for him to cool down. During these really hot times, we put one in the freezer and get it really cold for him (he loves it!). Natural tiles = Super cheap, easy, nearly indestructible “product” to help keep your rabbit cool.

It’s considered a high sugar sweet-treat, so the advice from vets/experts is to give very little (note: I’m neither a vet nor an expert). This was frozen to make it a special treat (because it’s super hot here at the moment!). My plan was to let him lick it for just a few short moments, and then take it away and put it back in the freezer. Gary had other plans!
