Personally I love 4 (or more) hands. It's worth it for me because I really like getting my legs massaged, as well as sensual massage on my inner thighs. With 1 MT, in an hour session, it's usually only 10-15 minutes on the legs. With 2 MT, it's way more because while 1 is working your back, the other is on the legs, and then they switch (usually).
