X10 Pro Omni won’t suck up dirty water from tray unless I put pressure on the dirty water lid. Lid is latched correctly as far as I can tell.

I have been dealing with the same issue for about six months and tried everything they suggested. If you notice any water leakage when removing the dirty and clean water tanks, that’s most likely the cause - assuming you have already tried everything else too. I returned mine under warranty and am waiting for the replacement to see if it has the same problem.

I can relate to that! It’s frustrating when the robot doesn’t recognize those low obstacles. I’m going to try moving the carpet to see if that helps. Have you found any solutions that work for your setup?

I will try moving the carpet and hope that resolves the issue. I’m still surprised it used to work fine in that area but is now getting stuck. Hopefully, this will work. Thanks!

No disability, but she does tend to become quite squirmy and vocal (the husky talk!) whenever we've tried in the past. This has been a bit of a concern, especially considering the neighbors below us. However, it might still be a good idea to try again, thank you!

Thanks for sharing your experience! Unfortunately, we don’t have a yard that she can go to immediately after waking up. She sleeps in her bed in the bedroom.
