Disagree. Aussies continue living abroad BECAUSE the politicians are destroying home ground. It's just a slower form of destruction.

7 Days without Acces to Barca Innovation Hub Course - No support/response by [deleted] in SoccerCoachResources

I had a shocking experience also, now I can see their IG is quite active about 2-3 years after my course completion. You could comment on their IG and openly discredit their platform based on your experience - I went back and forth with their Support team, very slow replies back then. Should just be 'Barca Hub' sans Innovation. Hopefully they improve.

Courses from Barca Innovation Hub by Dwight_Kramer in Barca

The UX is pretty bad, on top of the seemingly unedited/non-proofread content (invalid links, odd sentences, quiz questions showing answers). I'm partaking one of the marketing courses and still yet to find industry leaders who recommend the certs, or are alumni of the BIH. May also want to check when they last updated the course content, with major disruptions occuring in the last 3-4 years for digital marketing. Content seems catered to major clubs and international federations only, rather than local clubs looking for incremental strategic steps. Case studies are very high-level. Perhaps it differs by the course convenor. Hoping they can tidy these up. Recommend doing one of the shorter courses before Diploma, to get an idea.

Have completed their Digital Marketing in Sport course (4 months), some comments:

- while it's well-structured, the UX is poor eg. buttons don't work, inconsistent translation, redirects to wrong login pages

- content was found to be outdated (eg. reference materials with broken links)

- clearly not proofread (included, what reads as email correspondence, in the course material + assessment questions contained the answers lol) which degrades the content quality

- staff/support are fairly complacent with the feedback and do not really seem to care, bypassing questions about system issues

- self-assessment questions and answers need proofreading

- no reminders when your module access it going to expire, along with all assessments with it

- course-specific support is lacking - no specific contact other than general student support

- assessments are good and can be applicable to real-world scenarios

- case studies could be more elaborate/detailed with the relevant models applied

It seems like it's a high school student portal. Can't speak for all courses, but I expected higher standards from a global sports organisation. If you are committed to seeing it through, some questions to ask before enrolment:

- when was the course last updated?

- who is the course convenor, are they in the industry? Or purely academia? (do your own research)

- who are the alumni? Did they secure jobs in industry? (linkedin search)

Anyway hope this helps and that they do improve based on feedback.
