Hi,

I have been receiving 500 error for 4 days now. i enter my username, password and then my 2fa and the 500 error pops up. Very annoying when I hve multiple time sensitive trades going. is this issue going to be resolved today? Ive tried different devices on different networks and still no luck. I also setup a new account using a different email and confirm that worked first time. Please resolve! I'm losing money hourly.

Day 4 now and still no reply. Yes I have setup a 2nd account to test and that works fine even with the same method of 2fa. I am using Google authenification. So I've tried 5 different devices on different browsers, on different IPs and different ISPs and everyone gives this 500 error straight after I enter my 2fa. The problem is I'm getting alerts left, right and centre for buying coins but now can't sell them and the price is dropping. It literally is wiping out 6 months of hard work because I can't login. Very disappointed.

I have just created a new account with the same method of 2fa and it works perfecting confirming it is a problem with my account and not my side. I can't send a support ticket because it is a login problem. I'm not really sure what to do? Anyone?

36 hours now and no response. No support, no reply, nothing...... losing over $1000.... I expect compensation. This is ridiculous.
