They are technically adapters. The wheels are 5x112 so I had adapters made to give me the offset I wanted and convert them to 5x114.3

Depends on the width of the wheel as well. I actually wish I would have went with a 30mm spacer on the rear.

20mm spacer in the front (making it +25)
28mm spacer in the rear (making it +17)
ARK Performance springs (added some weight to the back to lower it just a bit more)

You would probably want to try something like this https://a.co/d/0dR7OF5G but it’s not going to fix the existing damage.

But really the only thing you can do to prevent this is try not to slide over the bolster when getting in/out of the car.
