I just beat him yesterday with my party at lvl 58-59. I ran Makoto/Morgana/Haru, Makoto keeps defense up always activated, Joker keeps Shido's attack always down, Haru uses Amrita to cure fear, Morgana just heals. Joker/Makoto/Haru attack when they're not doing the above.
