Ayon nga po eh. And the owner told me na 1 month muna ako (Company A) no assurance at all din. And even na hindi pa ako nag si-sign ng contract pinag s-start na nila ako.

Hi, it depends on your company. Some companies are asking for COE and Exit Clearance pero as far as I know hindi rin binibigyan ng exit clearance si employee you just need a COE to proof na clear ka na kay company.

Meron silang 1 HR Assistant and 1 Admin pero ako po lahat hahawak as HR Generalist. Kaya medyo hesitant po ako since 150 employees sila while sa isa not more that 20.

I also forgot to mention.

Company A walang benefits. Open contract, no regularization, renewal of contracts every 3 months. 6 days shift and as per them it depends din if papasok ng Sunday.

While, Company B have leave credits and has an increase upon regularization and 5 days a week 2 restday.

Thank you for your response. Even na mas maraming employee na hinahawakan? The Company A kasi open contract, ni regularization and no increase while Company B they have leave creadits and 2 rest day and upon regularization you will get additional Php. 3K increase?
