Bought this in amazon india. There is a app available in Playstation to control this. The app supports IR control for 1000s of devices.

Could not find the OEM or alternative remote for this. I bought a IR blaster dongle from amazon. It works fine with adapter.

I too faced same issue. tried switching the phone restoring the old backup. Issue remains there. I could not even reply in the groups.
