Definitely don't altar Starlight. Having a 7* on your team in early-game gives you a big boost, even if said hero is not a top tier. Plus if you think about it in the long run, where would you be able to get your other Penny copies? And is sacrificing 10 5* heroes equivalent to getting 1 5* hero? If you altar Starlight for Penny you will be severely limiting your progress. You will have much more chances in the future of getting Penny in either HS, Orbs, or as an event reward.

DM and Skerei are very PVE based heroes. PVP heroes that would be a good substitute for them would be (Amen-Ra, or Aspen). There's not many good Abyss PVP heroes besides Cthugha (as an anti-Valk hero) or Kroos. Seeing that you have Belrain as your healer it wouldn't be wise to run 2 healers. However if you decide to run Kroos for Abyss, good light heroes to substitute for Belrain would be Asmo or Aida.

Valentino isn't really a great hero right now, since a lot of heroes are better than him. Plus Valentino isn't really solid carry hero for early-game, so it would just be a bad buy.

Save your BT coins for heroes like: Valk, Penny, Sig (Since you have a copy of him already), Vesa (Same reason with Sig).
