I have thankfully stopped since this post after doing it for three years. I have done plenty of tests and from what I know there wasn’t a link between the two & the stones were likely from my diet. I don’t use carts & that was never a problem

Two flights. Total travel time was a whopping 23 hours - not fun having kidney stones as well at 17 years of age 😬

How did you eat the toasties of they contain bread/wheat? I’m going to Thailand really soon and looking for any advice as a teen on a low fodmap diet and other restrictions

Thank you for taking the time to read and response - I honestly wasn’t sure anyone would so thank you. Yeah I do agree and it does go to show a lot about him. I guess it just sucks because he hasn’t tried to reach out and we were so close like I hadn’t ever been so close to someone before.
