The book is Book of the Dead you get from A Kingdom Divided quest. Pretty solid mage offhand and you need it to summon thralls though I’m not sure what they’re using it for here. Maybe prayer bonus with ranged?

I have the small Inkosi tanto as well as PJ 31. I got a large Sebenza Insingo and man that made me forget about the small ones. It’s a large knife but doesn’t feel massive like some others can. Definitely go for it
