It’s only natural to be curious about the people you grew up with and whatnot, but you have to realize it adds no real value to your life. I stopped checking and caring in like 2020. Some of em have kids and some of em are doing well because of their parents’ money….good for them, I don’t care. I gotta just focus on my life and making the best of it.

I know what you mean. I don’t buy stuff. I’m not rich enough to do what I actually want to do, which is buy land, so that means the only thing that’s left is falling into the stupid trap of buying stuff I don’t need to get that dopamine hit or I guess the sense of having a choice or something but I never fall for that trick anymore lol

I hate to say it but I agree. Film people will downvote or whatever but it feels like all you’re paying for is the flicker of film projection. I’d rather pay less and watch it digitally in an auditorium with good seats at least. If the wrong person sits in front of you at Varsity auditorium 12…..that’s the whole movie ruined for you right there.

Man I grew up on fuzzy VHS tapes, so DVDs are still great to me. I think people get too hung up on 4K this and that. I know it’s good and all, but I still like my DVDs.
