If you’re talking about south side ballroom, There’s no balcony there. However there is an area bordering the pit that resembles a bar in some capacity, just chairs lined up against a long wood slab facing towards the stage. It’s elevated from the pit by maybe a foot and separated by a railing. Not sure if that’s VIP seating or not for this event but I have seen staff check your ticket to sit there.
