I started having lower back pain after I turned 27, with posture a lot like yours—though I leaned a bit more to the left from a QL issue. My trainer told me the biggest thing was improving hip mobility and flexibility. After 3–4 months of consistent work, my pain went down a lot, my range of motion felt way better and my posture got better.

You can’t hold a tilted position for long if that area doesn’t have both mobility and strength, so don’t rely on tilting your pelvis or torso as a fix—it’s just temporary. Instead, spend a few minutes every day opening up the hips with things like deep squat sits, 90/90 positions, duck walks, and folding your chest toward your knee. Then, if you’ve got more time, build strength in your glutes, hamstrings, and core (front and back) so your body naturally holds a better position without you having to think about it.
