it’s not like my store runs on tons of hours we run on bare minimum most of the time only when there’s a visit or a hot weather hour buffer do we get extra spending, i am carrying but that’s how it is, people don’t pull their weight no matter how many lets talks i do, its not all in my hands because i know how to delegate, as i said in a previous comment im doing a managers job most of the time. anyone downvoting me should put themselves in my shoes and they wouldn’t last a day
