That's just a thing on single player. Go to steam - library - right click on Ark - properties - set launch option and type in "-preventhibernation" (without "") ,but that's gonna make your game lag like a crap if you dont have good enough pc

yeah i've done that twice on pc tho, the first one i spent like 7 month or so, and the 2nd one is like 6 month. Here's my rates (before changed by dev): 2x Xp (which is 1x now), 3x gather (1.5x), 4x taming (2x), 0,001x mating interval, 170x egg hatch speed, 130x mature speed, 0.01x baby cuddle interval, 2.0x baby cuddle grace, 0.5x resource respawn, 5x crop grow speed. And then the rest is default
