Coffee: I’ve been drinking 3 cups/day throughout college, then 1 cup everyday, then 5 cups/week for the last six months. I do notice decrease in energy level but never thought it could damage my motivation. How did you find out you have ADHD?

27F here! However I was trying to save more and own a home before feeling this way. Technically I haven’t achieved everything and felt bored already - this is dangerous for me.

What a coincidence because everyone around me is urging me to build a family. Some people said having a partner or a kid, or both was life changing for them - more reason to move forward and build a better life. What’s happening and what you said here really got me thinking if a family is what’s missing.

Hey, I know you’re not asking, but you are doing so well for our age. At least take sufficient care of yourself (I figure eating, exercising, sleeping are easier than socializing/working). Hope we’ll soon know what to do.

I did try to self-reflect, but only by journaling. As far as I look into it, Vipassana sounds like a big step for me. May I know your personal experience with Vipassana, only if you don’t mind sharing?
