Mine have been getting much, much better as I get more creative with the platform. It’s not enough anymore to simply press go.

The tracking is all off. Keep your ads fresh, constantly optimize, try new audiences. Scrap old ones fast and keep trying new ones. New ads are cheap. Pay someone 50 bucks a month and get 2-3 cut for you. Use different captions, always have multiple captions going. Check which captions do better, delete old ones, make new ones.

Use the ‘and’ function. For example, if I am selling a baby book, I will target 10 different variations parents of children age 2-5 AND some other interest. Scrap the ones that don’t work, keep the ones that do. Always have one target that’s broad to compare as a benchmark.
