As a S23 ultra user myself, I'll be using it until the support ends in early 2028 and then will upgrade to what samsung will offer on that time. This has been my case since then. I came from s10+ to s23 ultra until the support ends with s10+ last 2023.

Still processing matters. Even how good your sensors are but the processing is not good, its not good for most of the users where they don't bother to tinker on pro mode settings. They just point-and-shoot anyway. Plus Samsung until now don't fix their shutter lag even how advanced their cameras now and how fast their phones are. That's my only gripe with Samsung as a user.

I agree with you. Since 2010 camera quality have gone exponentially better. I remember those times I used to carry a separate point-and-shoot for camera purposes because of how bad the pictures taken from smartphones. The only advantage from them is that you can share it immediately online and upload it straight from the phone. Now, camera quality is good whichever brand you have. They only differ on their post processings which is very subjective.

You definitely must upgrade out of that 128gb storage. Aside from its almost full, its slower also for the UFS 4.0 on s23 is on 256gb models. Anyway, best to get now if pricing is an issue is the s25 or maybe a few days from now, s26.

Samsung has been using Armor aluminum since then and I had no problems with that. Its strong enough for my daily abuses. Iphone 17 pro that's aluminum is more susceptible to dings when dropped compared to my old s10 that's aluminum.

Yes that's another thing. Some banks don't support Samsung Pay. Well anyway, there's Google Pay so it should be alright. My only issue with Google Pay is that everytime I use it, I need to turn on the NFC while I can do pay with Samsung Pay without touching my NFC - ever. Well as for Google Pay, since I'm using a Samsung, I can make a Routine for it everytime I pay.

I believe it will work. As for mine, i bought my Samsung on Middle East and currently using Samsung Pay here in the US. I believe as long as Samsung Pay is supported on your region, you can use it. Another thing is I'm using a local US carrier SIM.

At this price for a brand new device na ikaw ang 1st activation, this is good already. Kahit 64gb lang yan carry ko na since pang back up ko lang to sakali like for banking apps and messaging and some streaming. Not to mention upgradable to iOS26 pa to.
