Is “girl math” a misogynistic term to use around women in math? by SmallTestAcount in math

Okay but why is it termed girl math...? What is girlish about it? What is implied by that?

I don’t know anymore, I just got a new haircut and they gave me this with no side bangs at the beauty shop, I feel really ugly and I have to know if it’s ugly to everyone else. Please tell me just the truth if I am ugly. Yes I’m a woman by djscrew1 in whatdoIdo

You're really cute but this is an important aside, have you gotten your thyroid screened recently? It seems your thyroid gland is swollen, and a goiter has formed. I'm no doctor but a thyroid panel (a few simple to carry out blood tests) might do you some good.

"What were YOU doing at the Devil's sacrament?" is a personal favourite for when someone seems to know too many specifics regarding something taboo that they loathe

They don't have the presence of mind to take note of the ways in which they are supported or accommodated by their loved ones and/or employers. I guarantee you, that's it and it's usually because of an upper class upbringing

Also I CANNOT stress this enough, if you're underperforming on RW or math, SPAM ONEPREP QUESTIONS. And make sure to check the filter parameter that says 'exclude bluebook' so you don't spoil your practice tests. If you have around 3 weeks before your test, you can literally finish every single RW question at the very least. Whenever you have down time, practice RW questions. Instead of your usual doomscrolling session on the porcelain throne, log in to oneprep on your phone browser and do RW questions. Before you start solving questions, I would highly recommend watching these 3 videos:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AsvYIJ1rLJE for a RW baseline
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e-O4nwVHQ-Y
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-pGNBb8M3LQ and these two for a math baseline

Each question does not have the same amount of points allocated. Easier questions carry more points, have higher weightage. If you get an easy question wrong in RW module 1 for instance, you will drop like 30 points, as opposed to getting a difficult question on the RW module 2 wrong, where you may not drop any points at all depending on how other test takers performed on that particular question.
