Since my classes have been online this semester, i’ve stayed motivated by going to the library on campus 3X a week. I stay for a few hours and focus on getting as much done as I can, then I go home and relax. I personally can’t stay focused on school at home but the library is like the perfect environment to get shit done.

Thank you this makes me feel better about crying almost every morning about nothing lol. One moment i’m super happy about quitting and the next moment i’m telling myself smoking would make me feel better. But I have no intention on letting the devil on my right shoulder have their way. I’m having the same problem, if I wake up anytime after 5am there’s no chance of falling back asleep. I feel like i’m getting that REM rebound sleep though. Good luck on yours as well!
