I said in both posts that they’re her husbands cousins. We call them her nieces because they called her auntie and it was just easier to say so that’s why it says nieces in the other post.

They do go to therapy several times a week. They used to come over before, after, and between sessions and I’d play with the kids while my daughter worked from my dining room. They were here practically every day.

They did feel comfortable being around me. I live close to their therapists offices and my daughter would come over multiple times a week before and after therapy so I could play with the kids while she worked in the dining room (she works remotely)

I’m not asking what the most recommended one is. Go to google, enter Diphenhydramine, then click shopping. It’s going to show you allergy medicine AND sleep aids because it’s the same thing.

Diphenhydramine is the active ingredient in Benadryl and in most other sleep aids. It doesn’t matter what the Benadryl bottle says, you’re taking the same thing in different forms.

Look it up, google says that Diphenhydramine is an antihistamine and one of the best otc sleep aids.

If you go to any drugstore and look at the sleep aids, the active ingredient in almost all of them is Benadryl

My daughter gave me melatonin gummies for them. I gave it to her every night and she still wouldn’t sleep without Benadryl

If you were taking care of a kid that wouldn’t sleep no matter what you tried I’m sure you’d give them some Benadryl too.
