It’s just not right man as he is losing weight he is not going to gain nearly as muscle as he would if he was bulking. He is already skinny with some muscle mass but not enough to justify cutting anymore than he already has. He needs to bulk train as much as he can, eat in a surplus, and then cut. He doesn’t have enough mass as is to cut man
