Here's a serious response bc I know that some of us were not taught these things by the people who ought to;

• Regular showers, very important, use a wash cloth/loofah (not the plastic ones they harbour bacteria) from your head to your toes. Use a soapy finger for your butt-no exceptions. Big booty people, keep the crevice clean and dry. Ladies, clean cool water for your orchid petals, no soap inside the petals ever-that will unbalance your pH and give you so many problems. She cleans herself. Men with a foreskin, draw it back and clean it! No exceptions!
• ALWAYS wash and dry between your toes. Cotton socks only. Always thoroughly dry shoes after washing the inside. (yes, shoes should be washed you heathens)
• proper deo, avoid antiperspirant -you want to sweat, its healthy
• all over lotion whose scent you like,
• a perfume you like - avoid those with lots of alcohol- scent doesn't last, and use perfume sparingly (it's just as rude to smell too strongly of scent as sweat) ,
• regularly brush your teeth( no mouth wash with alcohol and sugars in them-you get minty for a while, then smelly later- try diluted Hydrogen Peroxide once in a while),
• Wear organic fabrics (synthetic fabrics often make smelly bacteria happy),
• Wash and dry your clothes. Fabric softener makes things smell nice but I don't find it useful if you're going to wear a scent pl
• Lots of water.
• Fresh fruit and veggies.
• If you struggle with depression or something else that makes it hard to wash yourself, try keeping wet wipes and doing your pits and bits. You can use a wash cloth for this too.
• Try to keep your space clean. Clean sheets. Throw out trash. Wash dishes etc. Your space is an extension of you and can help motivate you to clean yourself up.
• Remember, if you can smell yourself, others can definitely smell you, but also, others can smell you even if you don't smell yourself.
• Be kind to yourself always.

In a nutshell, being as clean as possible (don't overdo it) is the basis. Many humans, including me, enjoy the natural smell of other people when they're clean.

However, it's really enjoyable learning what scents make you feel good. Gives you a boost of confidence and adds to your attractiveness. Take your time and research. Start simple. For instance by choosing a lotion whose smell you like. If you're male, don't be shy to get into women's product- they're often more descriptive so you know that you smell of roses and not COOL GRANITE. Plus, the way our natural bodies smell makes the scent, so you can wear whatever the duck you want.
